The definition of the most unconventional race route in Cyprus, where modern architecture meets the medieval Venetian walls. The most diverse race route in Cyprus, comprising paved with tiles, asphalt and clay surfaces, marble staircases, up and down where the old city meets the modern part; Eleftheria’s Square. A challenging but fun race, strolling in pedestrian streets paved with tiles, running up marble staircases and speeding over clay sections parallel to the city Venetian walls comprise an interesting yet very different racecourse. Each of the runners will have to complete a 4km loop before finish at the Eletheria’s Square. The participation cost is €12.50 (twelve and a half euros), while conscript National Guard soldiers can participate free of charge. Registration for the race includes the Finisher’s Medal, a BIB with an electronic timing chip from MyLaps water at the refueling stations and at finish line water, fruit and rosewater.
