Starry Strides 12.5km

Run the Starry Strides (Autumn’s Version) 10.25km route and enjoy the new, more exciting course, starting from the heart of the historic center of Nicosia, at the City Hall Square (between the Nicosia City Hall and the CYENS Research Center of Excellence).

The race will start and finish at City Hall Square in Nicosia. It will pass by the Hamam Omerye and through the narrow streets next to the Female Monastery and the Panagia Faneromeni Church, entering the pedestrian streets of Onasagorou and Ledra. Runners will then go up and down Freedom Square, through the colorful lights and fountains of Freedom Square, and along the Venetian walls, crossing the Paphos Gate tunnel. The route will feature live music from street musicians and bands at some points. There will be water stations at Freedom Square and at the start/finish area.

Runners will complete the route twice and finish at the City Hall Square in the heart of the historic center of our city.

At the finish, runners will receive a beautiful medal specially designed for the race. The collection of BIBs with electronic timing chips will be at the Freedom Square offices on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, between 18:00 – 20:00. Runners who complete their registration before May 7, 2025, will be able to receive their BIB by home delivery via courier.
