Race range : 30.2

A very demanding course for mountain running enthusiasts with the race designed to meet the needs of long-distance runners. The 30.2 km route is not for the faint-hearted, combining forest roads, trails, and a small section of asphalt track of about 500 meters. The race starts in the center of the mountain village of Mylikouri, located near the Monastery of Panagia tou Kykkou and takes runners along historical, picturesque forest tracks, passing through Komititzi, joining the Xystarouda nature trail, the famous Xylogefyro (wooden bridge) and nearby an E.Ο.Κ.Α. hideout and then run parallel to the river Platy. The route is a high index of difficulty with a large altitude difference and with a small altitude difference as shown by the data listed below:

The runners starting from the village square will move southeast through the forest road to the river Platy and at 3.5 km they will move north on a beautiful route next to the river Platy, to the excursion area of ​​Komititzi. Most of the route is shaded as the runners will move.

At this point they will make a return and return through the same road to the finish area where they will be waiting for food and traditional hospitality from the Community Council and the Association of Expatriates of the village.
