This is a demanding race for experienced runners, designed for people who enjoy mountain running. The 20.13 km route combines forest roads and nature trails. The race begins in Mylikouri central square. The village is located near the Monastery of Panagia Kykkos and runners will move through forest roads, passing through the picnic area of Komititzi, and follow the stunning nature trail of Xystarouda along the river Platy.

The race begins at the village square and moves southeast through the forest road to the river Platy. At the 3.5 km point, runners will move north following a stunning route through the forest next to the river Platy coming out at Xystarouda picnic area. They will then enter the Xystarouda trail and southern course taking them again along the river Platy while returning back to the finish line in the village square.
