A Trail Running Paradise
Mylikouri, nestled in the heart of the Troodos Mountains at 800 meters altitude, offers runners an extraordinary experience. The race route takes you through lush forests, rugged trails, and historic sites, including the Xystarouda nature trail, the famous Xylogefyro (wooden bridge), and an EOKA hideout.
Prepare for challenging ascents, fast descents, and technical sections that will test your endurance and skill. With an elevation gain of 1,242 meters, this course is not for the faint-hearted!

- Distance: 34.066 km
- Total Ascent/Descent: 1242 m / 1241 m
- Steepest Uphill: +33.3% at 10.17 km
- Steepest Downhill: -27.8% at 0.36 km
The race starts in the picturesque village square of Mylikouri, leading runners southeast towards the Platy River, passing through Komititzi, and climbing towards Xystarouda Picnic Area. The most demanding section begins at 15.6 km, where athletes will conquer a series of challenging ascents before reaching the final 3.5 km uphill stretch to the finish line.
