LYTHRODONTAS TRAIL
The last trail event of the ntrails series for the 2022; designed for the experienced and demanding runners, with the uphill section amounting to 14.76 km (48.9%) of the total racecourse while climbing the rough Kakodziefalos trail with some sections requiring technical running. The event starts at the village center at 07:00 am and runners during the race will enjoy the gorgeous picturesque coupled with the incomparable beauty and view of the wooded area, the rugged paths of Kionia.
The athletes will cover a 30km route that combines an asphalt route when exiting and entering the village, forest roads with uphill and flat tracks as well as trail running where technical running will be required. En the route there will be a refueling station between the 5 and 6 km (water, rosewater and fruit will be offered) at the 17th km and the 25th km mark.
Upon arrival and collection of their BIB, the athletes will have the opportunity to enjoy traditional breakfast and coffee, while at the finish line there will be refreshments, fruit, and other delicacies courtesy of the Lythrodontas Community Council

PARTICIPATION FEE
The cost of participation in the race is €25 (twenty-five euros), while special prices will be offered for team participations, clubs, National Guard, Police – Fire Brigade, British Forces personnel, UNFICYP personnel, while conscript national guards can participate free of charge.
Registration for the race includes a Lythrodontas Trail Limited Edition technical t-shirt (only for the first 120 runners to register),finishing medal, a BIB with an electronic timing chip from MyLaps and at the refueling stations and the finish line water, fruit, rosewater, and soft drinks. Also at the finish line, local dishes and drinks will be offered by the Community Council of Lythrodontas.
